The Inter-Personal Communication (IPC) staff at CSSD works separetely with both men who have sex with men (MSM) and entertainment workers (EW). IPC staff members provide educational training to MSM and EW about where prevention products, such as OK Plus condoms, are available and about their proper use at the homes, work places, and social settings of the target populations. The staff ensures that condom and lubricants are available at MSM and EW high-risk hotspots, by contracting high-risk venues to display and sell contraceptive control products. IPC staff ensures updated and relevant location for condom promotion by reviewing existing outlets and mapping new hotspot locations. IPC staff and outreach workers provide referral slips to MSM and EW for access to HIV and STI services. CSSD conducts quarterly stakeholder meetings to discuss and address challenges affecting program. The IPC project is funded by Populations Services International (PSI).

The Condom Promotion Team team works to increase condom visibility and availability inside entertainment establishments and high-risk venues frequented by clients and sweethearts of EW restaurants such as beer gardens, karaoke bars, and massage parlors to sell and display condoms. The team also works with venues to plan and execute special events that will identify and address determinants of condom use. The team of eight people plans to contract 90 outlets to sell condoms and 250 outlets to set up condom displays. Product displays include posters, banners, leaflets, and stickers that advertise OK, OK plus, and Number 1 condom brands. The team will also meet with stakeholders, such as government officials, to build an enabling environment for condom promotion, condom visibility and availability and to discuss challenges affecting the program.The project will last from June 2013 to April 2014. The project is funded by Populations Services Khmer (PSK).

MStyle aims to implement behavior change approaches for men who have sex with men (MSM) that emphasize and promote risk reduction and safe sexual practices and to increase MSM access to health information, products, and services. Peer Facilitators provide sexual health and risk reduction education to visible and discrete MSM in areas where they socialize and find sexual partners. These facilitators provide referral slips for HIV and STI check-ups and treatment. The MStyle program also aims to increase the capacity of CSSD's staff, partners, and stakeholders in order to build a supportive environment for MSM sexual health. One key aspect of the program is the drop-in center, located next door to the CSSD office. The center is used for special events, meetings, educational workshops, HIV testing, and as a safe and relaxing space for clients to relax, exercise, use the internet, or socialize in. The MStyle prevention and care program was introduced in October 2008 by FHI 360 and its partners.

The goal of the peer facilitation program is to reduce mitigation from HIV/AIDS by providing behavior change interventions, outreach education, and awareness building. Peer facilitators work to increase EW access to health services and communicate with relevant stakeholders to increase dialogue about issues related to EW. Peer facilitators travel to EW workplaces and homes to reach the EW at a time and location that is more convenient to the client. Peer facilitators use tools such as flash cards  to guide discussions about trusting partners, HIV/AIDS knowledge, HIV testing, risk perception, STIs, pregnancy prevention options, and condom use. This project is funded by GlobeMed at Rutgers University.
